After a collective 25 + years in the industry of Information Architechture, ONWEB has developed a fail safe process that ensures success!

Every one of our customers at ONWEB Systems gets the same level of service.  The difference between all of them is the amount of time used to create a great online resource for any size of organization.  All of the work that we do is prepaid so everyone can accurately guage just how much is going into any particular project.  A basic block of time devotes 8 hours for ONWEB staff to spend on your website.  Our goal is to launch as quickly as possible and then maintain and tweak as time goes on.  If there is work requested that is outside of the budgeted time, it will need to be approved and paid for separately.

The difference between the Basic, Professional and Enterprise Plan is the amount of time for customization of your website software and training staff, together with custom digital art and theming work. Many professionals will have branding which represents the look of their overall business. Maintaining the visual look over all of the marketing materials will result in your business looking the best it can to potential new and returning customers.

After your new Drupal website is launched it can be further customized for your individual needs with various add-ons, which can be integrated seamlessly at any time.  ONWEB will be able to schedule any further work based on the agreed to maintenance budget.  Of course we can meet your specific needs with prior approval if the amount of time is outside the scope of the fixed budgets.

Our plans are broken out into Basic, Professional and Enterprise to achieve different levels of service.   The Basic clients may do 10% of the things we can train them to do.  The Professional clients may do 33% of the things. Enterprise clients budget the right amount of time to develop an information rich web 2.0 site. Work requiring more time than allocated in this package will be approved and invoiced separately or scheduled for the following month. The client will be kept up to date with frequent emails and time consumed as work is completed. 

After the 1st Quarter (barring unforseen delays) your website will be live and providing a valuable source of information to the world wide web.  Any unused time will be carried forward until the budget has been consumed.
