For Outlook Express :
- Go to Tools then Accounts
- Click on the Mail Tab and highlight the email that you need to configure
- Click on Properties.
- On the Server Info section change Incoming Mail to: mail.domainname.ca
- On the Incoming Mail Server section change the Account name to your email address (name [at] yourdomain [dot] ca) and the password.
- You can also check the "remember password" if you do not want to type in your password everytime you open Outlook Express
Changing your password
- Open a browser and go to webmail.domainname.com
- Login using your email address and your current password
- Click on My Account then Password
Type in your old password and then your new password and confirm new password. Click Change Password and your password have been changed.
* The webmail url is also another way of checking your email especially if you are in a location where you have no access to your own computer.
