For Outlook Express :

  1. Go to Tools then Accounts
  2. Click on the Mail Tab and highlight the email that you need to configure
  3. Click on Properties.
  4. On the Server Info section change Incoming Mail to: mail.domainname.ca
  5. On the Incoming Mail Server section change the Account name to your email address (name [at] yourdomain [dot] ca) and the password.
  6. You can also check the "remember password" if you do not want to type in your password everytime you open Outlook Express

 

Changing your password

  1. Open a browser and go to webmail.domainname.com
  2. Login using your email address and your current password
  3. Click on My Account then Password

Type in your old password and then your new password and confirm new password. Click Change Password and your password have been changed.

* The webmail url is also another way of checking your email especially if you are in a location where you have no access to your own computer.
